What we negotiate
• Any medical bill with a patient balance over $200 is eligible for review and negotiation
• Upon receipt of bill, it is analyzed in our database and assigned to a negotiator
• The negotiator contacts the medical provider and proposes a negotiated settlement
• If successful, we secure a signed Agreement letter from the medical provider which is kept on file
• Customer receives a Transaction Summary providing details of the negotiation
